Spaghetti Hottie Prawnie
Preparation time: 15 mins for rabbit, 30 mins for tortoise
Cooking time: 6 mins, regardless you’re rabbit or tortoise
Ingredients: 120g dry spaghetti (cook until al dente), 1 bulb garlic (minced), chilies (slice), 200g seawater prawns (devein & shelled), 1 tomato (cut into small chunks), generous amount of olive oil, fresh parsley and dried parsley. Black pepper powder. Salt to taste.
In medium pan, saute garlic and chilies until fragrance. Throw in the prawns, followed by tomato and dried parsley. Tease until the prawns are cooked - circa 2-5 mins. Add fresh parsley and salt. Bring fire to minimum setting and toss in the cooked pasta. Mix well and sprinkle black pepper powder generously. Mix and serve while its hot.
Good for 2 hungry adults.
